About

BAPO comes from Barrón Ponce

A company from the Tampico metro area that brings together three trades that usually work apart: real estate, construction and heavy equipment.

The name

A family name that answers for its work

BAPO is formed from the first syllables of the founder's surnames: BArrón POnce. It isn't a franchise or a network of agents: it's a local team that answers with its own name.

We work where every real estate project starts: on the land. That's why, besides selling and renting property, we have the equipment and the crew to prepare it, repair it or build on it.

Why together

Fewer middlemen, less downtime

When the broker, the contractor and the equipment owner are three different people, every change goes through three calendars. Here it goes through one.
  1. 01

    The land

Before buying or selling we review the documents, the measurements and whether the lot needs fill, clearing or leveling.

  2. 02

    The build

If something needs building or repairing, we quote it item by item and do it with our own team.

  3. 03

    The machine

The backhoe and the dump truck are ours: we don't depend on someone else's schedule.

How we work

Four rules

  • Paperwork first

We review the documents before listing, quoting or signing.

  • Everything in writing

Quotes with reference numbers and signed agreements. No verbal figures.

  • Job log

Every stage of a job is recorded with a date and photos.

  • Direct contact

You talk to the person who decides, not to a call center.

Let's talk about your project

Land, a house, a build or a machine: tell us what you need and we'll tell you how we'd handle it.
