- Identification and contact: name, phone, email and preferred contact channel.
- Details of the property, job or service you ask about: approximate location, features, measurements and any photos you share.
- In real estate transactions, the documents required for the sale or lease (for example, ID, deeds or receipts).
- Financial data you choose to share, such as an approximate budget.
We do not collect sensitive personal data.
03What we use your data for
Purposes required for the service
- Responding to your requests and giving you information about properties, jobs or equipment.
- Preparing quotes and providing the real estate, construction and equipment rental services you hire.
- Following up on viewings, contracts, quotes and jobs.
- Complying with our legal obligations.
Additional purpose (requires your consent)
Sending you information about properties or services that may interest you. You can refuse or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to bapobr@gmail.com; refusing does not affect the service you request.
04Who we share your data with
We do not sell or assign your data for commercial purposes. We only share it when required for the transaction you asked for —for example, with the notary, the lender granting a mortgage, or the other party to a sale or lease— or when a competent authority requires it under the law.
05Your rights (ARCO) and withdrawal of consent
You can access your data, rectify it if inaccurate, cancel it when you consider it no longer necessary and object to its use for specific purposes. You can also withdraw any consent you have given.

- Attach a document proving your identity or, where applicable, your representative's.
- Clearly describe the data and the right you want to exercise.
We will respond within the time limits set by law.
06Cookies and tracking technologies
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools. Only your theme preference (light or dark) is stored in your browser. To protect the form against abuse we temporarily record a fingerprint derived from your IP address —not the address itself— used solely for that purpose.
07Retention
We keep your data for as long as the relationship lasts and for the period required by applicable law. Contact details from requests that don't lead to a transaction are anonymized after 24 months.
08Changes to this notice
Any change will be published on this same page, with the update date at the end.
09Authority
If you believe your right to personal data protection has been violated, you may contact the competent authority: Mexico's Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno (Ministry of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance).
