Civil works with our own equipment and a job log

We dig, lay and repair utility lines, backfill and build. We work with our own backhoe loader and dump truck, and log every stage with a date and photos.

Services

Work we do

From a few hours of trenching to a job of several weeks. Every job is quoted item by item, in writing.
  1. 01

    Excavation and trenching

For pipes, footings, cisterns and manholes. A backhoe for the volume and a crew for the detail work by hand.

  2. 02

    Water and sewer lines

Leak location and repair, pipe section replacement and connections. We coordinate with the water utility when the job requires it.

  3. 03

    Earthworks and backfill

Backfill with borrow material, leveling and compaction in layers so the ground doesn't settle later.

  4. 04

    Road and pothole repair

Filling and repairing streets and driveways damaged by excavation, rain or wear.

  5. 05

    Demolition and removal

Demolition of walls and small structures; loading and hauling debris by dump truck to authorized sites.

  6. 06

    Building and renovation

Extensions, perimeter walls, slabs and work for homes or shops, with an itemized budget.

  7. 07

    Lot preparation

Clearing, topsoil stripping and leveling of lots before building or selling.

Method

How we run a job

What's agreed goes in writing and what's done goes in the log. That way there are no surprises at the end.

  3. 03

    Schedule

  4. 04

Frequently asked questions

About our jobs

Do you take small jobs, like a single trench or a fill?

Yes. We quote everything from a few hours with the backhoe to jobs lasting several weeks. Send us photos and rough measurements on WhatsApp.

Who handles the permits?

It depends on the job and the municipality. The quote states which permits apply and who handles them.

How is a job billed?

Item by item: each task with its unit, quantity and price. If something changes during the job, it's quoted separately and in writing before it's done.
