Rental options

How rentals work

The billing method depends on the job. We'll recommend whichever works out best for you.

    Hourly

    For short, one-off tasks. A minimum number of hours per service is agreed.

  2. 02

    Daily

    A full working day on your site; worth it when the job takes most of the day.

  3. 03

    Weekly or monthly

    For long jobs: the machine stays assigned to your project.

  4. 04

    Per load

    For the dump truck: each hauling or debris-removal trip.

  5. 05

    With operator

    The machine arrives with its operator, who knows it and is responsible for it on site.

  6. 06

    Transport

    Getting the machine to your site is quoted upfront, based on distance.

Before renting

What we need to know and what to prepare

To quote

  • Exact site location
  • What work will be done and rough measurements
  • Date and hours needed
  • Photos of the site and the access
  • Who will receive the machine on site

Payment terms and deposit are agreed when the rental is confirmed.

Before the machine arrives

  • Clear access: measure the gate width and the height of cables or roofs
  • Locate water, sewer and gas pipes, and tell us about nearby power lines
  • Decide where excavated material goes or where loads are dumped
  • Keep people out of the machine's swing radius
  • If working on the street, have the applicable permit at hand

Frequently asked questions

Equipment rental

Should I rent by the hour or by the day?

If the job takes only part of the day, hourly (with its minimum). If it'll take most of the day, a full day usually works out better. We'll tell you when we quote.

Can the machine work on the street?

Yes, with the required signage and, when applicable, a permit from the municipality or the water utility.

How many dump truck loads do I need?

It depends on the volume and the material. We explain it with examples in the guide how many loads your job needs.
